OSL Launches 'Real-Time Redemption' Feature for RWA Products, Bringing Liquidity Management for Licensed Platforms from T+N to Same-Day Settlement
Hong Kong licensed digital asset platform OSL announced on November 2 that it has launched the 'Real-Time Redemption' feature for multiple RWA tokenized financial products listed on its compliant platform, allowing qualified professional investors to receive their principal on the same day of redemption. The first supported category is the USDGO Plus USD fund tokenized category. This move compresses the liquidity management of RWA products from the traditional redemption cycle to same-day settlement.

November 2, the stablecoin infrastructure company OSL Group (00863.HK) announced that it has launched the "real-time redemption" feature for multiple RWA tokenized wealth management products listed on its compliant licensed platform, which was launched on November 2.
Qualified professional investors can complete the redemption and have their principal credited on the same day, without having to wait for the original redemption settlement period. The first supported RWA products include tokenized categories of the USDGO Plus USD Fund, among other USD wealth management products. These products also support subscriptions and redemptions using the compliant USD corporate stablecoin USDGO, which is also the underlying asset of USDGO Plus.
"Real-time redemption" feature is not about technological breakthroughs, but rather directly addresses a core friction in institutional adoption of RWA products: tokenization itself does not automatically bring liquidity, the timeliness of redemption is what investors actually experience as "liquidity". Although RWA tokenized wealth management products previously achieved share tokenization and 24/7 trading, the redemption side was still constrained by traditional fund settlement periods, leading to a time gap between "on-chain tradability" and "funds being available". OSL compressed the redemption to the same day, bringing the liquidity experience of tokenized wealth management products closer to traditional demand instruments.
For non-standard RWA related to brand assets and operating rights, the reference value of this feature lies in: the user experience bottleneck of non-standard asset tokenization often lies not in the issuance side, but in the exit side. When the underlying asset's revenue distribution or share transfer cannot complete the fund settlement within a reasonable time, the liquidity premium of tokenization cannot be realized. OSL's approach shows that continuous optimization of liquidity tools on licensed trading platforms - rather than simply expanding the number of listed products - is a key link in the transition of RWA from "investable" to "manageable".
